Where to visit
Tanzania’s landscape has been and still remains a major tourist attraction in the country. From the vast beautiful plains, to the mountain ranges, the lakes and the Indian Ocean beaches, the country caps the East Africa safari. Tanzania is also home to a big percent of Africa’s wildlife and in this line has set up game parks such as Serengeti which hosts the spectacular wildebeest migration. The parks include Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara which are located in the northern part of Tanzania and will make great viewing of the most famed but rare animals and birds. Snow capped Mount Kilimanjaro will provide the adventure seeker with an interesting climb through the thick forested paths to the peak of one of the highest mountains in the world.

When to visit
Just like Kenya, the equatorial location has guaranteed an all-year favourable weather that is just right for fun and adventure. The cooler and sometimes rainy season starts in April upto July and later on between October and November. Hotter months are more exciting for the game traveller as animals tend to frequent the watering areas making them easily visible. This is also the best time for climbers or even to take a nature trail walk.

How to get there
While visiting Tanzania, you can fly in directly to either Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam or the Kilimanjaro International Airport in the Mt. Kilimanjaro region. The airports are supported by a network of local airports and airstrips as well as a vast road network which makes the tour sites easily accessible.
